Great Program - Easy to use

What do you like best?
Verizon Connect has helped us to keep track of our assets, make
sure that maintenance is being done when needed and has also
helped with payroll reporting and checking. We also like the variety
of reports that are available - we have not needed a report that
wasn’t already listed.
What do you dislike?
There really isn’t anything that we dislike about the program. It works
well, we can get any reports that we need out of the program very
easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Review all options, know what you want to use the software for and
what reports you need. Verizon Connect is very easy to work with

We have solved the issue of oil changes/maintenance not being
done when needed. The program has also helped us with payroll
hours and keeping employees honest on when they actually showed
up for work and left.

Its is one of the best software in the market that any one can get. Filled with usefull features.

User interface is not up to the mark. Should add some more features which
can attract more users.

The service and customer service are immaculate. whenever there is a problem, they will always solve it in a matter of minutes

What do you like best?
The most helpful portion of using Verizon Connect is the
GPS feature. I can see my team in real time, with no lag. In
addition, the reports that are available to run are so clear
and easy to generate
What do you dislike?
That the GPS units can’t seem to be troubleshot. A tech
always has to come on-site, which lowers our productivity.
Hopefully the tech team can improve ways of
communicating with the device.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
No problems are being solved at the moment. The one
benefit most notable is editing the info for each vehicle
seamlessly and in real-time. We have multiple users, and it
is a help.

What do you like best?
I use Verizon Connect to reconcile employees’
timecards with the GPS. I appreciate that it is a
simple platform that is easy to navigate. One feature
that is helpful is the Google Earth-type view next to
the GPS report. If I am unsure of where employees
stopped, I can look at the image of where they
stopped, efficient!
What do you dislike?
There is nothing I dislike about using the Verizon
Connect GPS tracking platform. I do think the best
thing to implement is as many details about the
driving as possibe ie., idling, sudden stop, to see
how employees are driving.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It’s beneficial to reconcile employees’ timecards with
the GPS. I can monitor if they are going off job sites
or idling during work hours then review it with them.
