Peer-to-peer software review platform G2 has released its Spring 2022 Grid® Reports for Transportation Management, Fleet Management and Route Planning Software, which rank technology leaders in each category.
In this latest report, Verizon Connect is ranked as a leader for Transportation Management and Fleet Management, as well as route planning software.
Verizon Connect has been named a Transportation Management Leader based on receiving a customer Satisfaction score of 85, as well as a Market Presence score of 99 and a G2 score of 92. Verizon Connect has the largest Market Presence among products in Transportation Management Systems, and 83% of users said they would be likely to recommend Verizon Connect.
92% indicated tracking as the highest rated feature, and ease of use was given a satisfaction rating of 89%.
Likewise, in the Fleet Management category, Verizon Connect has also emerged as the leader, receiving a satisfaction score of 86, a Market Presence score of 98 and a G2 score of 92.
Verizon Connect Fleet Tracking & Management has the largest market presence among products in the Fleet Management category. The results show that 80% of users rated it 4 or 5 stars, and 78% of users said they would be likely to recommend Verizon Connect.
The highest rated Verizon connect features were vehicle tracking, driver tracking and ETAs.
Verizon Connect has also emerged as a leader in the Route Planning Software category, with a satisfaction score of 93, a Market Presence score of 99 and a G2 score of 96. Real time was the highest rated feature, coming in at 89%.
The Route Planning Software category also includes a Usability Index, for which Verizon Connect took top honors with a score of 8.77. In terms of usability, 89% rate it easy to use and 88% rate it as having easy admin. Usability Index scores are derived by combining scores for ease of admin, ease of use, meets requirements and other factors in order to arrive at an overall score.
G2 rates products and sellers based on reviews gathered from their user community, as well as data aggregated from online sources and social networks, by applying a unique algorithm to calculate the Satisfaction and Market Presence scores in real time.
